Improvement Trust,Bathinda established by Government of Punjab. The Government of Punjab has appointed Chairman of Improvement Trust Bathinda vide notification No. 04/03/2016(29)-2LG2/539, Dated:29-03-2022

Improvement Trust Bathinda is a local government body with the task of developing new schemes in planned manner. The Punjab government constituted Bathinda Improvement Trust Bathinda vide notification. It is governed under the Punjab Town Improvement Act 1922. The Act has made Improvement Trust Bathinda accountable to the public at different levels. The scope of the success of Improvement Trust Bathinda greatly depends on the extent of active involvement and cooperation of the allottees in all its development schemes and programs. Improvement Trust Bathinda played significant role in the development of Bathinda city by providing 15 schemes. The endeavor of the Improvement Trust Bathinda is to provide quality of services to the allottees of various schemes. The Trust is more accountable to the general public with implementation of Right to Service Act.
